Operating hours of the Portal:

Mondays – Fridays (Working days): 9:00a.m.-6:00p.m.
*Other than the specified operating hours, the Portal may still be accessible although users may experience instability, slow performance and temporary disruption due to ad-hoc system maintenance.

Please use computers with more recent configurations to ensure smooth operations. Recommended configurations for accessing the Portal as follows:

Windows 10
Microsoft Edge, Chrome
Microsoft Excel 2013-2021
